Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling course enrollments and subscriptions at LM Academy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

You may cancel your course enrollment under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of enrollment for a full refund
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 7 days may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy
  • Once you have accessed more than 30% of the course content, cancellation with refund is not available

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your enrollment:

  1. Log into your LM Academy account
  2. Go to "My Courses" in your dashboard
  3. Select the course you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Enrollment" and follow the prompts
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once processed

3. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
  • Any progress or certificates will be removed from your account
  • You will not be able to access course materials or resources
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled:

  • Free courses (no payment was made)
  • Courses that have been fully completed
  • Special promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
  • Courses purchased as part of a bundle after accessing any course in the bundle
